Today, the best diagnose method which is painless is DXA score method which indicates bone marrow density and for those have scores from 30 to below 25. So if your bone marrow density is normal it will be score 30, but if your score is below 30 you should visit doctor for advice. If your score is below 25 that is sure sign that you have osteoporosis, so its urgent.
